Arturo Carlos O. Astorga II

TAstorga & Repol Law Offices was founded in 1989 by Atty. Arturo Carlos O. Astorga II, formerly the Head of the Claims Department of several foreign shipping companies, namely the Scandutch, East Asiatic Co., Ltd., Neddloyd Lines and Willine Line, and the youngest ever elected President and former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Maritime Law Association of the Philippines (MARLAW) and whose extensive dealings with shipping lines, P & I Clubs, maritime practitioners and claims officers enabled him to acquire broad knowledge, training and exposure in handling maritime and insurance cases with dispatch and less expense.
